What do I apply to get a handicap permit?: Parking permits for persons with severe disabilities residing in Peekskill can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at City Hall. Download the application form (PDF). Once the application has been completed and certified by a physician it should be brought to the Clerk's Office where the permit will be issued for a period of five years for a permanent disability or six months for a temporary disability. There is no charge for this permit.
