Customers can register for recreation programs online. The City is proud to have Community Pass available to our customers. New Families need to create their own Community Pass account.
Two proofs of residency will be required for every household to be verified. This can include 2 of the following:
- Drivers license
- Home Utility bills (Con Ed, Cable, Phone)
- Rental or Lease Agreement with the signature of the owner/landlord and the tenant/resident.
- Deed or title to residential real property.
- Mortgage bill
- Medical Documents
- Employee Documents
- Peekskill School District Documents

These proofs can either be brought into the park office, emailed to the Parks and Recreation Department or faxed to 914-734-4229.
Your account must be verified before you can use the online registration.
If anyone in your household has registered for a program with us since February 2019, your account was already created and you have received an email from us.
A household may include yourself, a spouse/partner and any of your legal children under the age of 18 residing in your home.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email that contains your log in information. Please note that we will still welcome walk-in and mail-in registrations.
