The Finance Office influences the future of the City government through ethical and effective leadership; insure the integrity of the financial information needed for decision making to Peekskill residents; act as the primary collection and purchasing authority for the City; offer major administrative services to all departments of the City government, and provide internal direction, support, and training in the City's office product's software.

Major Functions

Administration: The Comptroller Toni Tracy and Deputy Comptroller Jessie Boyd oversee the Department's operations. This Department is responsible for monitoring adopted Financial Policies, collection of all revenues, disbursements of all expenditures, monitoring of all Capital projects, and any Bonding approved by the City Council.
