(Workforce Investment Act) - a collaborative effort between the City of Peekskill and Westchester County, open to 14 - 18 year olds, to provide at-risk youth with subsidized and unsubsidized paid summer work experience, unpaid community service experience, educational and social skills. Focuses on the goal of placing youth in unsubsidized employment while achieving academic success. This program operates out of Peekskill High School and the Peekskill Youth Bureau.
