The City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency approved an Application for Financinal Assistance and during May 2007 closed on the $7.2 million tax-exempt revenue bond issue with the project applicant. The project consists of the purchase and rehabilitation of the Stuhr Gardens affordable housing complex; a 104 unit affordable housing complex located on Vail Avenue in Peekskill. The project is complete.
