The City of Peekskill Local Development Corporation is a not for profit local development corporation formed pursuant to the provisions of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York. The Peekskill Local Development Corporation is a corporation as defined in subparagraph (a)(5) of Section 102 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law and a local development corporation pursuant to Section 1411 of said law.
