Pursuant to Article III, Section I of the City of Peekskill Local Development Corporation By-Laws, the Membership shall consist of only the City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency. There shall be no additional Members except by the unamimous vote of the existing Members of the Corporation.

The Membership of the City of Peekskill Local Development Corporation consists only of the City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency.
