Pursuant to Article II, Section I of the Peekskill Facilities Development Corporation's By-Laws, the initial Member of the Corporation shall be the City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency, which from time to time shall appoint voting and non-voting members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

The Members of the Peekskill Facilities Development Corporation consists only of the Members of the City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency.
