The City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency approved an Application for Financial Assistance and during April 2005 closed on the $12.2 million tax-exempt revenue bond issue with the project applicant. The project conisists of the purchase and rehabilitation of the Peekskill Plaza Apartments; a 168-unit affordable senior rental housing community located on Main Street in Peekskill. The project is complete.
