The City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency approved an Application for Financial Assistance and during January 2009 entered into a straight lease transaction and PILOT Agreement with the applicant. The project consists of the purchase and equipping of an approximatley 27,000 square foot building located at 12 John E. Walsh Boulevard, Peekskill, New York, for the use and operation as a precision custom aerospace gear manufacturing facility. Giuliante Machine Tool, Inc. is now operating out of the 12 John E. Walsh Boulevard location with 19 full time employees.
