The City of Peekskill Industrial Development Agency approved an Application for Financial Assistance and during August 2004 entered into a straight lease transaction and PILOT Agreement with the applicant. The project conisists of the purchase and rehabiltiation of a special use refrigeration warehouse building located on John E. Walsh Blvd. in Peekskill, New York. The building is no longer owned by the applicant.
