Tax Billing/Collection: Under the supervision of Joanne Andreozzi this function is responsible for the collection of all City of Peekskill, County, and School Real Property Tax. As a City we are required to act as the collection agency for the County as well as the two School districts within the City of Peekskill. Our responsibility does not end there; we must also make the County as well as the two School districts whole. This means that we must pay the entire levy to the three agencies even if we do not receive funds from the taxpayers. Please note that it is important to notify the Assessors office of any address changes in order for the bill to be mailed to the correct address. The Assessor's number is (914) 734-4190.
