The City of Peekskill’s Office of Economic Development (OED) maintains a database of available office, industrial, retail, and lands sites. OED highlights one available property each month on the website each month.

The city's two major multi-tenanted industrial complexes are The Atrium at RAE Park which is approximatley 120,000 sq. ft. This building is located at 8 John E. Walsh Boulevard. The city's second largest multi-tenated industrial building is The Hat Factory located at 1000 N. Division Street, less than 1 mile north off the Bear Mountain Parkway. This complex is 80,000 sq. ft. and includes uses ranging from furniture builders, to distribution, offices, and artist studios. Links to both properties can be found below.

The largest office building in the city is located at 201 James Street or better known as One Park Place. This 3 story, 53,895 sq. ft. building was constructed in 1988. At the present time (April 1, 2010), it is about 80% occuppied.
