A Living History
Essay Contest

Choose an African-American that has inspired you and discuss in 250-300 words his or her contributions to this country, and how this person has influenced your life.

Two winners will be chosen: one from grades 6-9, and one from grades 10-12.  Each winner will receive two passes to the UA Cortlandt Stadium 11 Movie Theatre in  the Cortlandt Town Center.*
