Here is the takeaway for the Request For Proposal:

1.       The back taxes on the property is $123,956.00

2.       The back taxes must be included in the Purchase Price Offer with a down payment of 10% percent, which is refundable, if   the development proposal is rejected

3.       An inspection of the facility has been scheduled for August 30, 2012 from 10:00 am to 12:00pm

The City of Peekskill is seeking proposals from interested parties to purchase and redevelop 150
Washington Street known as Section 32.12 Block 6, Lot 13 (on the City of Peekskill Tax Map),
which will result in the use of the property for uses allowed in the C-3, “General Commercial
